The RiverView Bed and Breakfast Inn is a modern, spacious California-style home with a large elevated wrap-around deck and upstairs balcony. It is located on four acres of beautiful riverfront grounds at the junction of the Ohio River and Ginat Creek in Franklin Furnace, Ohio. There is ample parking and a private, 5 slip, covered boat dock with power outlets. It has been refurbished and decorated with one-of-a-kind hand pieced quilts to create a relaxed, intimate atmosphere. A second deck with hot tub has been added for our guest's enjoyment. |

Take Franklin Furnace exit from US 52 to Green High School; turn onto Braunlin Road at Marina Shake Shop; turn right onto side street; turn left onto second side street; at end of the second side street see our sign on the right; turn right onto our lane. |
